Bathroom Re-Do

A few months ago I saw a picture on Etsy and fell in love with it. I wanted it for the boys bathroom and knew exactly what I was going to do in there.
Low and Behold, I was able to do everything to the bathroom a few weeks ago.
Hubby got me a new shower curtain and towels and accesories... I was so happy!!! What do you think?

The towels and shower curtain are from Target. The sports wall hanging is from Kirklands.

The towels have the boys initials on them. I had that done here.

Tuesday 3Ts - Treasury

Over the weekend I learned how to make a treasury and now I am in LOVE! It is such an awesome way to advertise and so much fun! I've made 4 treasuries already. The first one was a FALL theme. Old Navy Deal

I just went to Old Navy and got both kids matching hoodies for $10. I am sooo excited. I got them each a navy hoodie. Now the hubby is telling me to go back and get them a gray one too. lol I will have to see if it's in my budget to do that and I may do so. $10 is a steal for a hoodie. My favorite season

I LOVE fall! It's my favorite time of the year. I love the colors, the decorations, the smell! This weekend my hubby helped me clean the house and then I put up all my fall decorations. I was so excited! Every year I try to buy some new items to add to my decorations. I think this year I want to get 4 pumpkins to put outside the front door. I have always wanted to do that! :) Do you decorate your house for fall?

One of my favorite parts of fall - I LOVE candy corn. But it has to be this one. For some reason I like the pumpkin ones better.

Chocolate Goodness

Yes, I am a chocoholic. I LOVE chocolate. I love brownies with chocolate pieces or caramel in it. It's my weakness. lol I will "forget" my diet when it comes to chocolate. SO I found this desert at the grocery store and I had a coupon for $1 off so I bought a box. We tried it for the first time this week and OH MY GOSH! It was SOOOO good. So for my son's 4th birthday we decided we wanted to take him to Sea World because he LOVES fish. :) We are excited because it will be our first mini vacation as a family of 4. Learning is FUN

Little man sure is enjoying school. I love that he likes to learn and hope it continues this way. Being that he only goes to school 3 days a week, we're also doing work at home. I really enjoy it too. I print out 3 sheets for us to work on. The letter of the week and we glue pieces of paper on it so he can learn to work with glue. Then I print an object that starts with the letter of the week so he can color and then I print traceable letters for him to work on his tracing - he doesn't care much for that one but we're working on it. lol

After we finish our work, he proudly asks me to display his artwork. So I display it on his little school area for the week. He LOVES it.

Happy Birthday Dad

Today is my daddy's birthday! He is such a kind hearted man. In fact my second son's middle name is my dad's name. I love that! He is a great husband, a great dad and a super great grandpa! My boys LOVE him so much! Happy Birthday Dad! We love you!!!

Labor Day YUMMY

So for Labor Day my hubby cooked for me. He got a recipe for blue cheese hamburger. It was SOOOO good. He made roasted red potatoes for a side dish. I ate 1 burger and then half of one. It was delicious. He is a great cook and I love it when he cooks for us. I try to do most of the cooking because he works so much all day. But when he gets in the kitchen everything he makes turns out SUPER yummy!

A is for Apple!

Little man started school last week. Each week they spend time on a letter. So obviously last week was spent on the letter A. I bought 2 beautiful red apples and attached a little note on it to give to his teachers. They really liked it.

Since he is only going to school 3 days a week, I spend the other 2 working with him at home. I printed out these worksheets and he really enjoys doing them. He got to play with glue which is his favorite part! He was very proud that I displayed his artwork all week. He loves to learn!
