I think most of your guys know that I have a love/hate relationship with sweets. I love it, but my hips don't. lol My weakness is brownies and ice cream. Oh and of course, anything chocolate. hahaha! How am I supposed to lose any weight when I can't give up the heavenly goodness that is chocolate? :) How do you guys give up stuff that you like? Can you? I need some tips of healthy ways to indulge in my sweet cravings without gaining weight. hahaha

I'm not much help since I just ate half a bag of chocolate chips! (Almost.) But actually, usually, a couple of pieces of dark chocolate usually suffices (on most nights.)
