I just found one of the cutest shops on etsy!  Aniwares makes adorable animal fleece blankets and some super cute animal hats. When I saw her blankets I immediately thought of the pillow pets. BUT the blankets are much more useful and so fun! My little boy saw me looking through her shop and picked out 2 blankets he wants. lol

Monday Madness! Madelyn Avery Designs

Sometimes I have a hard time coming up with good gift ideas. There is always that one difficult person to shop for, or that one person that seems to have "everything". So often I find myself looking on etsy for a special gift. And etsy has never let me down! I needed a special gift for someone and found these beautiful tiles at Madelyn Avery Designs. She has the most beautiful tile that can be personalized - they are so artistic. I just love how it turned out and how well made they are.

Madelyn Avery Designs also has coasters and door signs. My favorite is that she can engrave a picture on the tiles. How cool is that? I just love personalized items and love the idea of having these in my house. I actually want to come back and get the coasters. They are so pretty!

Mickey Mouse Party!

Last Saturday we celebrated baby boy's 2nd birthday. We just had family over but I still enjoyed decorating.

He loved all the decorations and the balloons! It was so cute - he loves Mickey Mouse and was thrilled to see it all over the house. I can't believe how fast he is growing and what a sweet and loving boy he is. He smiles all the time and is always happy!

 The cupcake table - we made them but had to keep them in the fridge.

Can you believe school is over? This year went by so fast. While looking for a super special teacher's gift for little man's amazing teacher, I found the cutest item on etsy. It's a wreath made out of crayons and it's personalized with her name. TheWhimsicalWrenTN has the most adorable items in her shop! The wreath is not only super cute, but also very well made! 

When I gave it to the teacher, she was so excited over it. She was genuinely happy about it. It was cute to see her expression over it. And little man was thrilled that she liked his gift.

Where have you guys been lately?
Everything is so quiet around here...  Are you guys shy? lol

Well, it's summer vacation time. This week we've enjoyed just being home and not having to rush out of the house every morning. I started doing some school work with the boys, but not much. We did the letter A, color red and the circle shape. I feel like baby boy is not ready for too much work yet so I may need to come up with a new strategy.

This weekend we are going to have family over for baby boy's 2nd birthday. And we need to celebrate daddy's day!
